Went in looking for a different car to lease or buy. The salesman, Zack, was very friendly, kind, understanding & actually listened to what I needed & wanted. I was in a lease at the time & he explained all my options. We talked about my concerns & he made sure I understood all options. There was ZERO pressure! I was relieved Zack didn't try to push a new car on me. He said he wanted to just give me all the information & give me the space & time I needed. There was no "Hey, I'll follow up with you in a day or 2 to see what you want to do" type pressure. I looked at their inventory online & saw a couple cars I liked. I reached out to Zack & he worked the numbers. I explained the monthly payment I could afford & he made it happen. I ended up getting a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage with 16,000 miles. Zack also got me the Platinum warranty that covers the car for 10 years/100, 000 miles! The car was cleaned & detailed when I picked it up. I had to come back the following weekend & he filled the gas tank for me! GREAT, non pushy salesman. Friendly, helpful people. They'll work with what you need & do their best to get it (or as close as possible) I would definitely recommend Ron Marhoffer Hyundai & would absolutely recommend going in & asking for Zack! He'll take good care of you!

Let’s start with the initial search…went online and inquired about a vehicle and received a response the same day. I made an appointment and that’s when I met my main man Thein (pronounced ‘thaw’) aka Ryan. He was very upbeat and high energy, even though I was not in the best of moods. He let me test drive the EV version of the vehicle I was thinking about. When I told him I was deciding between a Genesis and an Acura RDX, he just smiled and said ‘I’m not worried, you’ll be back’. And he was in fact correct, I returned. Next was the financing piece…this is usually the most painful part of the process. Well it wasn’t…it was actually smoother than me choosing a car! It was faster than normal. My new best friend Warren my finance manager was a saint and had the patience of Job with me. My deal took a little longer than I wanted to, and he was willing to allow me the time to get it done in my end. Everyone was friendly every time I went to the store. The store was always clean and no matter how busy I was always greeted by Thein and whomever was in the lobby. I was with a friend who will be looking toward the end of the year when her lease ends and she’s already planning to come back to Thein and Warren to buy her next car. If you need a car new or used…this is your place!

I had to go in because of a recall on my vehicle. I had originally had an appointment scheduled on a different day but they called that day before I had to go in and apologetically said because the servers were down that day they couldn't check for any issues and needed to reschedule, which we did. When I went in for that appointment Emily greeted me nicely and did the procedures needed before taking my car back. When I went inside I was directed where to go to wait and everything was done in a timely manner. When everything was finished Emily explained what they did and why. Very professional and courteous. Happy with the service crew all around!

Fast easy helpful

Nice service! I need to do oil change for my car Alfa Romeo and a lot of stores and dealers are unable to do it due to no specific oil for this kind of car. And Ron Marhofer Nissan had a nice service that they ordered the oil for me, and made an appointment with me in few days, and did oil change for me. They also took photos of their work and documented well. Price was very reasonable. I recommend this store a lot

I usually don’t write reviews, but our experience at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls was too good not to share. Our car salesman Connor Groot truly went above and beyond for us. We had been turned away by several places before coming here because of our credit situation, so we honestly didn’t have high expectations walking in. We came in on a Saturday with low credit scores, open car loans, and a high debt to income ratio, but Connor never made us feel judged or discouraged. Despite all the challenges he stayed dedicated to helping us and by Thursday he had us in a car even with the odds against us. What stood out the most was his honesty and compassion. At one point there was a vehicle option that could have worked, but Connor was completely upfront with us and chose not to push the sale because he did not feel it was the right car for us. That kind of honesty is rare. I know selling cars is a hard job but Connor made us feel valued and truly listened to throughout the entire process. He even went out of his way to make sure we got an SUV to accommodate my boyfriend’s height and our new baby which meant a lot to us. We need more Connors in this world. Thank you so much for everything and we will definitely be back.
