Sales department is top notch! I have bought many vehicles, from many dealerships, but I have to say, these are the best! From the time I walked in the, to the time I walked out! Absolutely the best job. The sales manager, the finance manager, the lady that explained my extended warranty and extras, and to the sales professional that took the time to come in on a day off, and to walk me step by step of getting hooked up to my new vehicle, she stayed right there the whole time, never have seen that before, with today's hi tech devices, sometimes it's not so easy to figure out, but she knew what she was doing, and then to call the next day just to see how things where going, like a said, definitely top of the line,, plus on top of all this, she is quite the very pretty and amazing woman. If you're looking for a vehicle, this would be the place I would recommend.

Omg ! If you are in the same predicament i was in and in need of a car and many people told you No. This is definitely a place I would highly recommend to each and everyone of you. Mr. Chris ripper was one of the best car salesman I have spoke with in this whole entire journey. Him and his finance crew were the only ones who were able to get me in a vehicle and able to work with me. they got me approved for a 2023 Buick, encore GX and worked with my down payment. Chris did not give up even when one car didn’t work out, he had other options that could work out, and I was able to choose for many. Nothing can describe the feeling I felt that day, but it was pure excitement and joy that we were able to all come together and achieve this one specific goal for me. We just bought a new Kicks from Ron Marhofer Nissan yesterday. What a fantastic experience! Dave Seymour and Mike Richards in sales were awesome; friendly, knowledgeable, low key sales approach. Normally, buying a car is a lot of back and forth games being played. No games at Marhofer. Very straight forward and enjoyable. Price was significantly better than several other Nissan dealerships in the Cleveland area. When we picked up the car, Dave spent 30 minutes with us going over all the amazing features that this car offers. Unbelievable what Nissan has added to this SUV. We are thrilled with our new car and the sales experience we received at Ron Marhofer Nissan.

That I was only getting another Nissan because something happened & I needed to wait 3 more years for my truck. Peter didn’t blink. He helped me out & was willing to help. Whoever runs the website though. Can u please make the fine print a little more noticeable. I went in thinking if I put $2,000 down. I walk out with a 2025 Nissan Rogue at $258 a month. I still have the screenshot. Don’t hide that stuff. Make it more noticeable. So we don’t walk in with a false sense of understanding & hope. Thanks

I bought at 2022 High country Traverse here 4 years ago and I love the car. They have great customer service and its always a pleasure to come in for an oil change.

We just bought our first vehicle with Michelle at this dealership and had a wonderful experience! Was in and out in less than 2 hours without hassling on pricing and rates. Don and John were also great as well. We drove 3 hours to come to this dealership and will probably do it again for any future vehicle purchases. Go check them out!

The service is excellent and the people are fantastic. This was my fourth leased vehicle at Ron Marhofer Buick GMC.

We had an issue come up with the used Tesla my son purchased before his very first payment was even made. When we reached out to the dealership, Mike Richards, the Used Car Manager and Team Leader, stepped in immediately and truly went above and beyond. Without hesitation, Mike and his team helped us get the car serviced at no charge, which honestly exceeded anything we could have imagined. The level of customer care, professionalism, and integrity shown was incredibly impressive. All we had to do was ask for help — and they delivered in a big way. Both my son and I are extremely grateful and genuinely impressed with the experience. This dealership sets the bar high for customer service. Highly recommend!

Purchasing our 2021 Silverado was such an easy helpful experience I needed help looking at a truck, I was unable to come to the dealership and my wife was at work. Marhofer offered to bring the truck to our home so I could look at it before possibly purchasing. I told them that we would like to make the purchase after seeing the truck. So we set a time to at the dealership that same evening. it was such a smooth and easy process to purchase. my wife and I raised six children. We’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years for sure. This was the easiest process by far! I take my other three Chevy vehicles to Marhofer Chevy for service and that Department is always so helpful and great to work with. I can’t say enough about the great experiences my wife and I both have had over the years with Marhofer Chevy in Stow. I would also highly recommend their service warranty,They offer on used vehicles. Anytime we had an issue it’s always taken care of. They don’t hide things that need repaired. They tell you ahead of time before it gets bad,they even schedule it so that the repairs take place while we’re on vacation so the vehicle is ready to go when we get back. Everyday Life is complicated Marhofer Chevy in Stow makes it easier. Thank you for all your help.

Great dealership experience, was able to drive down from TC Michigan and buy a 2024 Equinox EV 2LT. Steve was able to get the software updates done and all our paperwork squared away in under 3 hours, very happy with the deal!
