I have bought a lot of cars over the years. This was about as good of an experience as I've ever had. From Evan, our sales associate, to the trade-in manager, to the title work. All done well and communicated.

Purchased a new truck. Negotiated online. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful when we made the purchase and picked it up.

I purchased a vehicle at this dealership yesterday, and Peter Howard was an excellent salesperson. He made the process smooth and the car was ready and fully charged up when I arrived. He was responsive to texts and calls and I drove away with a great vehicle.

We worked with Mariah and purchased a Santa Fe. She was great about the test drive and even suggested taking the car to our garage to make sure it fit.

Andre was very personable and easy to work with. He made the process of buying a car smooth! Highly recommend working with him if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

My wife and I just purchased a Yukon from Ron Marhofer, and the experience was truly second to none. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming—especially our salesman, Jim, along with managers Todd and Charlie. Everyone was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to walk us through the buying process, which made us feel confident we were making the right decision for our family. The owner even took a moment to personally thank us for our business as we wrapped up, which really stood out. I’ll absolutely be back when I’m ready for my next truck.

Very attentive people are concerned of what you want and not what they’re trying to push on anybody. Very kind and helpful. One of them wants to open doorsfor you or ask if they can help you again no scare tactics. I would definitely buy another car from there. Very good experience in buying my new (used) car. Staff was good to work with and very helpful. They had a great selection of vehicles at fair pricing and my salesman, Norvell, was outgoing without being pushy. I felt very comfortable with him and felt he exuded honesty. The only thing I didn't appreciate about my experience is the $1,000 treatment and warranty on paint and finishes. I wouldn't mind if this was optional, but it really isn't because they do it to the vehicles before they go on the lot.

I sat with mark. off the bat he ask "what do you need talk to me" talk about my needs and situations a few other details here and there. hour later had a brand new car in front waiting for me. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Right as we walked in we were greeted by Brody. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us and answered all are questions. (Which we had a lot.) I would encourage everyone to go and buy a car from Brody if you want the easiest car buying experience.

Andre at Ron Marhofer Chevy was absolutely incredible! We walked in the morning after Christmas looking at three Jeeps, and he was extremely patient with us from start to finish. He let us test-drive all three vehicles, helped us narrow things down, and once we found the one we loved, the purchasing process was seamless and easy. I found Ron Marhofer through GMC's website, looking at inventory near by. They had, by far, the best price in the entire region. I traveled 100 miles from PA to trade in my current 2020 GMC Sierra for this new 2026 GMC Sierra. The buying process was the best I've ever experience. I dealt with Mitchell in sales. He was awesome to work with. Marcus, in finance, expertly took me through the buying process. Even after the sale they were both super responsive. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

Drove up 4 hours from Kentucky to purchase our new truck. Jim, Todd and Charlie made everything easy for us doing most of the work out of state before we got there. Very nice dealership, everyone was welcoming. Truck was just as pictured, and even provided us a video of every inch of it before we made the drive. Very happy with our purchase!

These guys were all amazing.. from Jim our salesman, Josh in service and it was even a pleasure giving Charlie our money! Jim took so much time in explaining every option in the new 2023 Sierra Denali my husband leased. Trust me there are alot. Each and everyone made this buying experience pleasant, fast and easy.
