Kyle Hoover is a GREAT salesman. Probably the best salesman I’ve ever done business with actually. He is very professional, on the ball, very quick to get information to us. They were very transparent about the car when we asked about the tire tread/ brake pads. We are out of state buyers and they had the car we wanted priced the lowest especially as a CPO in the entire country. They’re tough to negotiate with due to that reason but even with their paint/ upholstery protection plan / doc fee it was still under what similar cars with the same trim/ mileage were selling for so we still wanted to buy from them. Only downside is that they don’t handle transport for you so we are going through a transport broker/ company that they recommended. (ShipYourCarNow) John in finance handled our docs & we used our own bank loan. Both he and Kyle were great in making it as seamless as possible. Very happy with our purchase!! Our car was delivered successfully and is in mint condition.

My experience with sales rep Jake was fantastic. Jake presented himself professionally. He used his colleges expertise when answering my questions or concerns that he couldn't directly address. His excellent customer service should be acknowledged by his supervisors. Thank you Jake!

I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, honesty and humor that makes John Zeno a great salesman. As a woman buying a car John treated me with respect and gave me credit for my knowledge about the vehicle I wanted. He explained terms and items to my understanding. John also let me choose the best fit for me in the Buick . John never applied pressure on me to buy. He told me to let him know when I was ready to test drive, and buy. I gave John a run for his money cuz I was a tough cookie to please. Every visit and conversation was pleasant and productive to meet the goal of the purchase of a beautiful top notch Buick Envista Avenir in Ocean Metallic Blue. John came in on his Day off to see that the car was washed, clean and ready to go. He spent time to be sure i understood all the bells and whistles. I so appreciated. I need to give Todd a Pat on the back as well for his kindness, professionalism and honesty in getting the warranty, financial and other needed paperwork. If you want your business to continue to grow and be exceptional I have a few pointers: 1. Need a bigger lot for your inventory and MORE parking spots for customers or you’re gonna lose them 2. Keep John Zeno he is a fine salesman and deserves a raise 3. Keep a running inventory of WHERE YOUR VEHICLES ARE LOCATED!. I wasn’t impressed that you find the car by hitting the panic button driving around the lot . Come on you are large enough to employee a data entry person that can enter each car on a specific lot. Current system is like Fred Flintstone era. Your facility for discussing the vehicle, deals and purchases is very bright, clean, welcoming and professional. By the way I LOVE MY OCEAN METALLIC BLUE BUICK ENVISTA AVENIR !!!!!!!!

Found a car that I thought I wanted. Called and talked to Kyle G. When I arrived he had the car waiting out front for me. I was impressed but eyeing a different car on the lot that was on my radar. After driving both I chose the Audi. Best choice I’ve ever made. Kyle made the decision easy no pressure just facts. I truly enjoyed my car buying experience.

I absolutely LOVED my experience with this location and business!!! From start to finish they were so kind and clear about everything. I found their car through Cars.com but they got me scheduled the next day, I drove up and they allowed me to test drive it. Financing with them was also such a breeze they really seemed like they cared about me and were willing to work with me to get the car I wanted. I highly recommend buying and/or financing from them. The facility is very clean and professional. Love this place and 10/10 would buy from them again!!

He also knew I have severe anxiety about making big purchases, and he guided me with absolute transparency with each step! He even contacted me to make sure I didn't have any questions about the car. We purchased a used Toyota Highlander from Marhofer earlier this summer. The AC system had some serious damage that was not detected originally. There were several thousand dollars worth of repairs that needed to be done. The team at Marhofer did the right thing and covered these repairs 100%. This is an ethical dealership. We worked specifically with Alec and Scott, and they were stand up guys. I'm not sure that every dealership would have taken care of us the way they did. The AC is now running great.

Had a great experience initially- received information about the condition of the vehicle, test drove, had all my questions answered. On the company’s website, I calculated cash price with tax, title, and fees on listing before making the two hour drive to the dealership. When the offer was made, it included over one thousand dollars more for a mandatory protection package that WAS NOT included in the cash price on their website. I was appalled they would not honor their website “no haggle” price. Four hour drive time wasted and felt very misled. Update - staff promptly followed up and made things right. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

Easiest sales process I have ever been witness to or part of. The simple 10-15 minute closing process cannot be beat! I was exceptionally happy with the price we agreed to and that feeling was amplified tenfold during the speedy closing. Given the option, I cannot think of a valid reason to buy a vehicle from another dealer.

Super friendly people! I went in too look at a Buick Envista (much smaller than my Traverse). I was worried about my dog fitting into it and they told me to bring him in! Ended up buying it! No pressure sales and very easy!! Highly recommend!

The people at Cuyahoga Falls Ron Marhofer Nissan on Howe abe are always very nice. I was immediately greeted by Jarred and he was very friendly and personable. The waiting room was extremely comfortable. They didn’t take too long to come over and go over my car’s needs. I was also very happy that they were able to add another service to my car. I always get my oil change here, but I definitely needed to get a new cabin filter and air filter put in today and then I asked if it was possible for me to get new windshield wipers and they were very happy to do so and it was all done under an hour. I always have a great experience when coming here everybody is extremely friendly and even Lucia was awesome to see you again when I was checking out, she also greeted me.

I must say that I was totally impressed with the service and attention I received from this dealership when I was looking for a new car. The last time I purchased a car was in 2006 and at my age the last thing I wanted to do was spend a bunch of money on a car that I needed, but won't drive a lot. I work from home and need a car to get to the store and doctor appointments. I had looked at other cars/dealerships but no one listened to what I wanted/needed and all they cared about was trying to up sale me to something I did not need or want. From the minute I looked at their website and GRACE called me, WOW. She listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to get what I needed. I made an appointment and went into the dealership and met with GABOR KUNSTAR and the rest is history. Both Grace and Gabor treated me with respect, listened to what I needed and how much I wanted to spend and needless to say, I drove my new Sentra home that day. I have never had a dealership treat me this well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RON MARHOFER NISSAN!! If you are looking for a vehicle, contact them and ask for Grace and Gabor and I promise you will get what you need without all of the "crap" that you usually have to go through to get the car you want for the price you need.
