Ron Marhofer Nissan gave me the best experience from start to finish when buying my new 24 Nissan Versa recently. Brian Wells rocked as my salesman. He got me the price and tight timing that I needed. The car was clean and ready when we arrived on a busy Friday. The price he quoted on the phone was the price I paid at the Dealership. I had to run up today to get the antenna put on and he had me back on the road in no time. I made sure to personally thank Chris, the store manager for my smooth transaction and experience. Brandon Morton did service on my car and he was AMAZING!!! I called and he patiently helped me figure out timing to get to the dealership because I live over an hour away. He called me back and offered to have them drive to my home and pick up my car and leave a loaner car for me! Then he continued to keep me updated while they had my car. When it was finished he met me at the service center personally and made sure everything was just perfect. He even washed my car and David from sales filled my gas tank before I left. I was shopping for GMC 2500HD diesel and Marhofers had the biggest and best selection within 500 miles of my location everything you could want they had.. Most communication was via email,text and phone and it couldn’t have been easier . I drove 2 hrs from Pittsburgh to get this vehicle woukd have drove 5 if need be this place is a true “customer first dealership” Scott worked with me to make the deal work and Sean handled the paperwork and delivery flawlessly.. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new vehicle..

Nikki was great! When I brought my car in for the first service, they fixed my AC (which was one reason I brought it in) and my drive shaft (not why I brought it in). I had a noise like a rubbing, squeaky noise that sounded like it was coming from one of the wheels. The mechanic thought the drive shaft was making the noise but when the car was returned to me, the noise was still there. I reached out to Nikki to let her know and right away she offered to have me bring it in again and have the mechanic ride with me so that he could hear the same noise I was hearing. That was great and so helpful! He heard it and had it fixed the same day. I am a very happy customer!

Nikki, the service advisor, came over and let me know there was at least a two-hour wait for my car. I had assumed I’d be waiting in the waiting room while it was being worked on, and that wasn’t an issue for me. However, I realized I had an appointment later that I had to cancel due to work obligations—I needed to be somewhere at a specific time. I hadn’t realized the service had switched to a drop-off format. I explained the situation to Nikki, and they were incredibly accommodating—got my car in right away. Even though I was prepared to wait the full two hours, I was out in just 45 minutes. I’m extremely happy with their service and will definitely return. And just to add—there’s a Chevy dealership much closer to me, but they did me wrong in the past, so I’ll gladly make the extra trip for better service.

Nikki in service is a total rockstar. Seriously—if there were a Service Department Hall of Fame, she’d have her own wing. From the moment I started bringing my vehicle in (which, bless its heart, has had a few issues over the years), every interaction—whether with service or sales—has been friendly, professional, and downright human. Nikki goes above and beyond, even giving me a heads-up when she’s out of office and making sure someone else is ready to help. Bonus points to the sweet couple of staff who has chauffeured me home more than once so I’m not stuck in the waiting room. The service i received was excellent

I cannot say enough great things about this place. What one dealership told me was impossible and could not happen after 4 hours of my day and a 2 hour round trip, they were able to make happen in a 5 minute phone call. This was the fastest car purchase I have ever had and the staff was amazing. They did everything they could to accommodate me and make sure I got the car I wanted and stayed in a lease agreement that I was comfortable with. It has been a week since I bought my new Chevy Trax from Marhofer in Stow. The whole process was as stress free as possible. Tyler was our salesman and he was great! He was helpful in showing us our options and facilitating the finance side of things. John, the finance guy, was very helpful. They worked with us to get us to where we needed to be in terms of payments. They treated us with the utmost respect. They explained every option we had, but were not pushy in any way. We had such a great experience we went back two days later and bought another new Trax through them! They go through every option and try to work every angle to help their customers! I have recommended Marhofer, and Tyler and John, to a few of my friends who are in the market for new vehicles this last week. I will continue to do so. I’ve been coming to this dealer since i was a kid. My parents always bought here and i even bought my first car here. Now i even take my work vehicle here as well. Ted was my service writer and Andrew was my tech. They both worked tirelessly to figure out what was wrong with my car. They kept me i formed on what was going on the whole time. It ended up being a broken connector underneath my car that corroded. Impressive work guys!
