Recently, I purchased a 2026 GMC Yukon XL from Ron Marhofer. My experience working with David Milhoan was exceptional. From the outset, communication was transparent. They provided ample time for my decision-making and promptly addressed all technical inquiries without any pressure. In the Finance office, Ian was forthright regarding financial details, ensuring there were no concealed fees. I departed the lot without any complications in a meticulously prepared vehicle. Had a Service Appointment performed at Ron Marhofer in Green. All went well, was greeted promptly by Caleb, got checked in quickly. Waited in the customer lounge upstairs during service call. Area was very clean with nice drink and snack area. Car was serviced in a timely fashion, with Caleb updating regularly. Overall great visit.

Just so I can reiterate my experience (and I know there was a response by said company already). I had a very positive experience purchasing my vehicle. Jackie was the salesperson that helped me, and was incredibly patient and non-pressuring during the whole process. She allowed me to take the vehicle to be examined at a different shop, and immediately welcomed me back as soon as i returned. My indifference only stems from me having to depart with a chunk of money which is why I gave such bland/dull responses during the purchasing process. Overall however, the experience as a whole was very positive, and very lax. To sum it all up i would recommend if you're looking to purchase a vehicle from here.

Went in with my brother and husband to buy my brother a car as his took a turn for the worst. Jackie immediately greeted us and took us in like she was waiting for us. We were previously at the Nissan store looking at a car that was unfortunately sent to auction due to transmission issues just prior to our arrival so we were worried we would have to go elsewhere but they saw another car at Hyundai in our price range so that’s where Jackie comes in! She made sure the car was available, pulled it up and we all went on a test drive! They even let us take it to my husbands work as he is a technician to inspect it. We got back and she immediately greeted us again and got paperwork started right away! My brother was paying cash, the only odd thing I will say is finance doesn’t make change and there is no cashier so it was quite inconvenient to have to go over to sheetz to make change. But Jackie went above and beyond and is truly an asset to Marhofer’s. She was so kind, professional and helpful! You guys saved the day for my brother!

I actually told Chris before I left that I hoped I could work with him again in the future—and I meant it. Great interaction with staff with the purchase of our 7th Hyundai from you all! Great value on our Sante Fe-it is for our Basset Hounds-the Spice Girls-We have 4 of them, so comfort and room are essential. After our previous Sante Fe-(AKA-BP Taxi) retired, we needed a replacement! The one we purchased is now called BP Taxi the second! Zachary was amazing and very helpful with our purchase. Talk to Kyle! Had a great experience. Worked out the price over text, told them I didn't want any add-ons. Was an absolute breeze during the process, they sold it with a full charge and even charged the EV I came in while I waited! Super low pressure, I'd already declined anything additional so they just had me sign. I was in and out between the second and fourth quarter of an OSU football game! Definitely recommend.

Usually it takes all day to buy a car. I worked with Daryll and after I decided to buy a Frontier I was out the door in about an hour. I appreciate any business that values my time. I didn't have to sit around while they played power games. I would definitely buy here again.

I recently had to have my 2024 Nissan Rogue towed to Ron Marhofer Nissan's service department. My car would not shift into drive. I called Nissan road assistance and they were able to have my car towed from Hillcrest hospital parking garage in Mayfield Hts., OH to the service department in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The representative was very polite and professional. Once I got to the dealer I met with AJ. He was my service agent. Since my car arrived in the afternoon, it couldn't be looked at until the next day. To my surprise, AJ called me around 9:30 am to inform me that they discovered the problem ( which was a nickel had got stuck under the gear shifter). How strange. However they were able to fix it,and it was ready for pickup. Best of all, everything was under warranty. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect at this service department. I've leased several vehicles from this location and I plan to lease or buy my next vehicle from this dealership.
