We were between two trucks at two different dealers and Mike Sharpless helped us out making it a clear decision which to go with! He really worked his best to get us the best deal for our family. The dealer as a whole was also so helpful and accepting, we had our two toddlers with us and their playroom came in clutch to let them be kids while we got through the process! I bought a Hyundai Tucson at Marfoffer Hyundai after being primarily a Mazda lessee for over 20 years. I always like my Mazdas and the service I received at Bedford Mazda however the experience at Marhoffer was exceptional. I wasn't sold a car. Instead Nick allowed me to make my own decision, without any pressure or needing to call in "closer". After one week of driving the Tucson I am absolutely thrilled with my decision. Great experience start to finish! We drove 2 hours to look at vehicle and they kept us updated until we arrived. Exceptional customer service. Our salesman, Tej, was so knowledgable and not pushy at all. They got us to the payment we wanted in less than an hour. Car was used but looked new after they detailed it. Worth the drive!

Negotiation didn’t take long to get where I wanted. They have a great selection of new vehicles and can find anything you are looking to purchase. Warren in finance was down to earth and straight forward when signing paperwork. I bought a used car at Ron Marhofer Nissan in Cuyahoga Falls. I had a tremendous experience. I'm an older woman and I've bought a lot of cars and I've been ripped off by a lot of sales people, and especially by the added fees and charges that mysteriously make it onto the sales agreement. But not with Ron Marhofer Nissan. They didn't disappear with the sales manager for a half hour or 45 minutes but rather the sales manager came right out to talk to us for a few minutes, who was frank and easy to talk to and there was no messing around and wasting time. The salesman that we had was wonderful and helpful and polite and his name was Peter. I really really liked him. They gave us a really good price on our trade too. There was a small repair that I asked to be made on a bumper and they simply said yes and when I picked it up after they fixed it, they fixed a few other places too! Wow. They are the FIRST place that I've bought a car at that I WOULD GO BACK to and that I would actually recommend to other people. And especially to other women. We actually told our single daughter to go there. It was that good. There is one thing that they do but they were very upfront about it and that is they add $1,000 onto each car because they put some kind of a special coating on it. But they told us about it and we asked to opt out of it which they easily did without any hassle. So even that extra charge was not Secret and was easily removed for us. And they didn't charge extra just to buy it. No special paperwork fees or ANYTHING! You will not be sorry. I am not their family, friend or employee. I just got great treatment from them. and my Nissan Rogue is bright blue, runs smoothly and has a lot of great features and is as sharp as any car on the road in my opinion! Great experience everyone was very nice, welcoming, and helpful especially with answering any questions we had. Aramis was amazing with my mom and I!! He tried his very best to get us the best price he could and even helped set up my Bluelink and made sure I knew what all the buttons and controls were before even leaving the lot. We did spend 4+ hours there but understandable given all the paperwork that needs to be completed. Would feel very comfortable going back if I had any further questions about my new car thanks everyone at cuyahoga falls Hyundai for a great experience!

I dread car shopping and listening to the endless stream of information and then the finances are all so overwhelming, but honestly I was pleasantly happy to shop here! My car engine blew, and so my fiancé and I decided to look, and we had Zack as a new car salesman and he made a pretty unbearable day, much better! He helped us by cutting to the chase as to what we were interested in, what our family size is, and the driving amount done and helped us talk through what we wanted. He went through all the important information about the car, and we were sold after the test drive. Anthony helped us with our financing, and again, something that tends to be unreasonably dreadful, he did the same thing. Summarized up our options, tried to make the process seamless, and we were on our way! A long day, but we had some very efficient and understanding staff helping us through the day! It was a great experience!

I will never buy a car from anywhere else ever again!!! April and her team were absolutely phenomenal. Truthfully, I don’t usually like car dealerships because of the “vibe” of the staff but this office is full of great, personable, kind people. Obviously they have jobs to do, but they make the experience as easy and smooth as they possibly could. The next day April reached out to check on me, how everything was going and if I needed anything — WHERE ELSE DOES THAT HAPPEN AT? nowhere. I know I could call anytime and they would do any and everything to help in any way. The Marhofer’s truly are a class act and deserve all of the recognition. As a young woman, they made me feel so safe & any concerns I had, they immediately went through it with me and ensured I found the PERFECT vehicle. I have been rushed and dismissed and taken advantage of in the past so this experience was truly a breath of fresh air. Also, the pricing? Incredible. I wouldn’t have found this deal elsewhere. Honestly, my friend who is a salesman was SHOCKED when I told him what I paid for my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe with low miles… Basically - If you need a car….. Just go to Marhofer. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. I’ve already told my friends and family that they aren’t allowed to go anywhere else.

First time in to service. Had a wonderful experience . Was told at least 1 hr. And was done on 30 minutes. In and out with appointment was the way to go.

It was a good experience. I got my repairs done and the information I needed for future repairs that need to be completed. I got some good promotions applied that helped with the cost. They also assisted me with a rental so I can be able to pick up my son from school on time while they finished repairs.
