Im giving Ron Marhofer Hyundai a 5 star rating based entirely on my interaction with my sales guy ,Justus. I could tell he was a sincere, honest guy from the get go. It was the first new car I've ever had,and Justus's sincerety is pretty much the reason I went with it. With people like him as representative's, the dealership has nowhere to go ,but up. Not trying to be dramatic - just the type of person I wish I could encounter more often .

My father and I brought his Honda S2000 in for service. We had recently purchased the car from the dealership and they had installed new front shocks. A few days later, the car developed a slight suspension noise. It turned out that one of the suspension links was worn and had become more noticeable after the new shocks were installed. My father was understandably a little frustrated and initially thought the noise may have been caused by the previous repair. The technician Jesse was excellent. He was very knowledgeable patient and took the time to invite both of us to look over the vehicle with him. He explained what was happening why the worn component may not have been making noise before and why the issue became more noticeable after the shocks were replaced. Jesse was also ex-military like my father who can be a little gruff when he talks. Jesse handled him extremely well he was respectful answered every question and spoke to both of us at a level we could easily understand without trying to overcomplicate things with unnecessary technical jargon. The experience completely changed my father’s perspective and we both left feeling confident that we were treated fairly and honestly. We will definitely be coming back and will be asking for Jesse again

FRANKLIN. I had the absolute pleasure of working with him to get into a used vehicle after turning in a lease. I’ve always leased new cars so the prospect of shopping used was somewhat nerve-wracking for me. He was so patient and informative throughout the whole process (and he gets extra points for buying me lunch during one of our test drives). I never felt pressured or pushed and I could tell from the start he was equally as invested as I was in getting me in the right vehicle. I settled on a vehicle and made the drive home, but shortly after arriving home started feeling like I made the wrong decision. I slept on it and woke up this morning positive that this wasn’t the right car for me, prompting me to text Franklin and let him know I wanted to bring it back. This man went into the dealership on his day off and spent 5 hours with me today getting me into the vehicle I was actually meant to buy (I’m so happy with it 🎉). That first experience was wonderful. My sales representative was Mark Ortscheid. He made me feel so at ease as a novice buyer. He talked me through the process, and we discussed options that I wanted. He gave me good advice and allowed me to make my decision on a vehicle. That experience changed everything I previously thought about dealerships and the whole car-buying experience. The service team there also was easy to make an appointment and each time I went in, they handled every concern I had! Obviously, I was so pleased. Since then, I have returned three more times to purchase other vehicles for my children and family. This particular time, I was thrilled to be working with Mark again.
