I came in with a monthly price, dictated when I arrived. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy anything extra. The salesperson was very upfront. He said “For the price you want it includes a warranty, would you like to proceed?” I have also had repairs done at this location with prestigious completion of service as well

A special shout out goes to Seth in Service today on my 2024 Santa Fe. I am visiting from Charleston, SC, and we needed a possible leaking oil situation looked at. Seth got me an appointment within one day and kept me informed all along the process today. He even had a recent recall upgrade installed. I really have to say that not only do they service our two Hyundais they know how to service and treat customers. I didn't have an appt. for the oil change, filter, tire rotation but Dan (my service tech) got it done , washed the Cruz all in less than an hour and a half. He also helped me save more $$ by suggesting to prepay for three oil changes bringing the cost down to $76 each per service. Thanks to Dan and the team I can cancel my August 4th appointment that I set up. More time now to do fun stuff.

I saw the vehicle online and traveled all the way from Pittsburgh solely to purchase it. Although my English is limited, they were incredibly patient and extremely helpful with me. I once again extend my deepest gratitude to Andrew and James for their warmth, sincerity, and cheerful demeanor. I left here feeling extremely happy. This is the safest place you could choose to buy a vehicle.

I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation but also had concerns about some work that was done on my car from a previous car accident. I asked if they could check and make the parts they replaced was OEM Nissan parts, they were very gracious and checked without a problem.I absolutely love going to this dealer for service. I have gotten 5-star service that has been over and beyond what I was used to getting from other dealers. This the best service dealer and deserves a 10-star rating. Service is exceptional! This was one of my best car-buying experiences, mostly because of Chris, my salesperson. We had a lot in common and quickly developed a trusting relationship. There were a couple of unexpected bumps in the process (for both parties), but they were handled professionally and to my satisfaction. The main thing I did not like is that the exterior and interior "protection package" was already done, and had to be paid for. It has very little value to the customer, imo. It should be something the customer can accept or reject. In spite of that, I love the car, and recommend this dealer.

We went to look at the car we wanted on a Friday. 15 minutes before they were closing on a holiday weekend. We just wanted to see it. They happily showed it to us. We contemplated it over the weekend. I called Monday morning and set up a time that evening to go drive it. We fell in love with it. We left the dealership with it. Which amazed me. I didn't even have my car ready to trade in. That didn't matter. They took complete care of us. They treated us so well. I've never owned a Hyundai, and I've never owned a Hybrid. I'm said i waited so long for both. I love this new vehicle. I bought the Palisade Calligraphy. It's an amazing vehicle and Ron Marhofer the dealership and Chris Van Riper our Salesman took amazing care of us. The finance department was extraordinary also. Quick and took extra care with us. Just went in to test drive a Santa cruz .Nick Bettle met me and we started having a conversation, absolutely no pressure sales tactics at all. I explained my goals as I wanted to wait until the end of the year, but Nick explained that I would actually lose money buy waiting. So I bought a 2026 Santa cruz right off of the show room floor and I have absolutely no regrets at all. I absolutely love my new truck. Best car buying experience ever, financing and everything. As a walk l was greeted by Andrew Masich & told him I was looking for a Red Santa Fe SEL with a Gray not Black Interior, he checked the Inventory &Bingo he had just what I wanted. This was the 36000 mile check. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. No issue which was good. Everyone in the service department has been easy to work with. They explained all that was done and explained the condition my tires and other areas like brakes. I felt very confident that all issues were completed. Great people.Great place to do business.

My wife and I received incredible service at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Greene last Friday. On Thursday of last week, this would have been July 9, I reached out via email to their Internet sales manager, Jon Fesco, and explain to him that I was looking to potentially lease an EV. I explained the conditions of what I was looking for within the lease and he was very prompt and getting back with me, including gathering information on my trade-in. I made an appointment to come into the dealership, and Jon explained that he was going to hand me off to Zachary Douglas, one of his floor sales people. Zack could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable and accommodating when my wife and I arrived around 3 PM. We ended up driving two cars, and settling on the first one we drove, and I shared that I was really trying to keep my out the door cost in a particular range and Zack was able to honor that. The last step was when we were handed off to the finance manager to talk about extra protections. He could not have been nicer, but his name escapes me. Everyone on your team was incredibly prompt and respectful of my time. They were very courteous and friendly and it's been a very, very long time since my wife and I have had this positive of an experience with a dealership. Usually people are very nice but they keep you there forever and they're always seems to be some catch or hidden trick and I did not feel this at all at your dealership. I would highly recommend anyone to the Marhofer family in high confidence that the customer service we received was the standard at your dealership.

He always gives us the best price he can and he literally rearranges his personal schedule to make sure we are taken care of. He does not lie, bend the truth, withhold information, or play games with you. He even PERSONALLY delivered our vehicle the same day we leased it. Guy is next level. This is my second car that I’ve purchased from this location and both experiences were smooth and near flawless! Blake was my sales rep, and when I went in today I thought that I knew exactly what I wanted, but Blake helped me to find this Kia Sportage which is an overall nicer car and a much better fit for me than the car that I originally wanted. He was super genuine, listened to all of my concerns, and he was super efficient, we were in and out with a new car in just 2 hours!
