Within our family, this is the sixth purchase from Marhofer Hyundai since 2012. We are repeat customers because the pricing is the lowest and it is straight forward - no pressure, fine-print or "games". When we took delivery, the process was complete in less than an hour. During each step, Marhofer Hyundai has exceeded our expectations.

Franklin was great in helping us trade in a 2014 Escape for a new 2026 Elantra at a steal! Can't recommend him or Ron Marhoffer enough over the years of purchasing vehicles from them and vehicle work through them as well!

Excellent service! I originally had an appointment on Saturday but arrived about 15 minutes late. Since the wait would have been around three hours, they offered to reschedule me for Monday and provided the oil change as a complimentary service because of the inconvenience. They honored that without any issues. What impressed me the most was their honesty. They didn't try to sell me or charge me for anything I didn't actually need. That kind of integrity is hard to find and says a lot about their business. The staff was truly exceptional—courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. They took the time to explain everything, treated me with respect, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. They've definitely earned my trust and my future business. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to the same dealership since my first leased car in 2012. Honestly that was the last time I was excited about a car and the fairness of the deal. This year I leased an Ioniq 9 and love it! My sales person Ryan and sales manager Carmen made the process completely painless. I did all my negotiating online before I arrived and was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours, that includes a hold up cause I couldn't find the tool to get off my security license plate bolts. I live in Cleveland and there are much closer Hyundai dealership to me, that goes to show you that they went out of their way to be competitive! My usual dealership didnt even have one in stock for a month!...Marhofer had 9!

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe for my wife. Ryan made the deal seamless. We purchase the vehicle and drove in from Rochester NY to Ohio. Ryan explained the vehicle, sent us a video and covered everything prior to us driving in. Everything went perfectly. We were able to get the deal done on the phone and pick it up. I am a no nonsense buyer and Ryan was honest and very helpful.

Awesome dealership! When my wife’s car was rear ended in an accident Ron Marhofer first helped us with repairs, but when it was found it was total loss, they quickly found us a new one that we love even better than our old car!

I was an online remote buyer, I have to say, I searched endlessly, and they by far away did the best job! The Finance manager was from Alabama, small world, and was very transparent. If you are shopping online, beware of shady dealers and you can bet that they absolutely ARE NOT one of them. Flynn, did an amazing job of helping me as I was relatively new to car buying. Take it from me who spoke to about 37 different dealerships in different states and this is by far the best one. I wish I could recommend them to all my friends and family, but they are in Ohio, and I live in Alabama. This review is the least that I can do for them! 10/10!

I just leased my fifth vehicle from Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Green and I have never had a problem with the vehicles or the dealership. I just leased a 2021 Santa Fe from Mark Ortshied and he made the process super easy. I was in and out of the dealership in about three hours with my new vehicle. Mark even scheduled my first service appointment and explained all the cars bells and whistles. A great place to buy a car and have the car serviced for trouble-free motoring.

I just bought a used buyback ioniq 5. Purchasing a buyback can be challenging because you have to figure out why it was bought back. This requires trust in the dealer to be transparent. Ryan was amazing and helped me through the whole process. I felt the car was providing exactly as advertised and there was nothing hidden from me. This was by far my best car buying experience! I will be going back when i need a 3rd row car to ask ryan for help with an ioniq 9! Thank you to Ryan and the Ron Marhofer team!
