Hi I purchased a new Buick enclave back in 2018 .the salesman went out of his way to make me happy.he beat the price on the vehicle by thousands of dollars.still own vehicle ruins terrific I get many compliments.rides smoth.engine is quiet not like the new turbo 4 cylinder.all I hear is complates from owner s of new Chevy traverse GMC Arcadia and Buick enclave.i understand every now and then things go wrong.i believe GM makes the best vehicles on the planet.

Visited Marhofer Nissan shopping a 26 Nissan Rogue lease (our current lease ends in August...no appt...we were greeted by Gabor Kunstar who turned out to be a very nice, non pressure salesman. We sat down and he fully went through the process with us, asked what exactly we wanted in our lease....he was very comfortable to talk to...very informative and easy to follow....he was very patient with us when we had to go through unlocking our credit using the phone and all the technical manuevering....Even though Marhofer is a farther in distance for us than our last dealership....we closed the deal with Gabor.... The whole experience was pleasant, friendly and very satisfactory....with the exception of our experience of unfreezing our credit (which was totally our problem) not the dealership. We appreciate Gabor for his handling of our visit and purchase and also want to mention Mike Richards for his friendliness and checking on us during our visit offering a warm welcome and a pleasant conversation.....Also, thanks to Ben who took care of all the paperwork.....and so sorry we were the last customers in the dealership holding up their closing shop....

We bought our first Tesla about a month ago. Everything went so easy and stress free we decided to get my wife one. I contacted William Johnson to ask if they had a model Y in stock. They did not but Will asked what we were looking for as far as year, make,model, miles, how much we wanted to spend and what we wanted our monthly payment to be. About 2 weeks went by and Will called me to let me know they ordered one. Will was able to find a model Y that met every criteria we set. We did everything over the phone including 2 trade ins and was ready before the car was delivered. We trusted Will so much we financed the car unseen. When the car was delivered I made the 3 hour round trip to pick up my car and drop off the trade in. It was exactly what my wife wanted. It couldn't be anymore perfect! We bought 2 Teslas within 1 month, 1.5 hours from our home. We will be making the trip again in the future to buy another truck and I will be contacting William Johnson again when we are looking. Thank you Marhofer auto and Thank you William! We will be back again and again for all of our car purchases!

I came in for an oil change, and for my brakes to get looked at, Jessica was really great and understanding, the service team was great they found a small oil leak and fixed it I had only waited on my car for two-three days and they gave me a car to borrow.

Had a great experience working with Andrew. Was not pressured or rushed at all. He was professional but also very friendly and easy going. The dealership has a large selection of the model i was looking for and i was able to make a choice and be driving away in just under 2 hours. Update: several weeks after purchasing i needed a document i had misplaced that was needed for registering the car at the dmv (i purchased out of state). i texted my salesperson Andrew at 9am who immediately got back to me that he was vacationing but forwarded to his sales manager and they got me the document by 9:30. highly appreciated that they took care of me so quickly and made it so I didn't have to reschedule my appointment with the dmv later that day.

I had a great experience with Michael B. at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls. Michael was kind, laid back, and always available to answer any questions. He made the process feel easy and low stress. He was very helpful and clear with all the pros and cons as I was trying to decide between new and used. He showed me both new and used inventory, described the differences between models, and never made me feel like he was selling me on something I didn’t want. I decided to pass on the first used one I was considering and told Michael we need to keep looking. He didn’t pressure me. A few days later when a new shipment was coming in, Michael got me right in to see the car I was interested in and I bought it that day. Thanks, Michael! Shout out to Chad in financing who stepped in at signing to get me out the door quickly and onto my dinner with friends.

Drove two hours northwest from the Pittsburgh area out to buy a Silverado 3500HD, and it was a complete night-and-day difference compared to the high-pressure circus we ran into at a dealer franchise that rhymes with "Glim Storky". The whole process from start to finish was incredibly smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. ​Charlie and Melissa were awesome to work with on the sales floor. They kept the numbers 100% straight, handled the PA out-of-state sales tax perfectly, and Charlie actually tracked down a better financing rate through Northwest Bank to drop my monthly payment while I was literally on the drive up there. No hidden markups, no surprise fees, just straight shooting. ​When it came time for paperwork, Kyle in finance was a total pro—fast, sharp, and didn't try to sneak in any hidden junk. I even ended up meeting the owner, Scott, who was a super cool, down-to-earth guy. ​It's rare to find a dealership that actually respects your time and your budget, but these guys absolutely crushed it. I had a leased 2023 Santa Fe XRT, was looking for a 2026 Tucson SEL Premium Atlantis Blue before my lease ended. On the morning of June 9th, I saw the car, called Mark Ortscheid at 10:30 AM and he said the car was mine if I wanted it. I went to see the car at 12:30 PM. I took it for a test drive, wanted it. I signed lease for 36 months, car was detailed and I drove it home at 3:30 PM. Mark followed up with several calls, had Bluelink set up answered any questions I still had. I'm happy with how quickly everything turned out, will recommend your dealership.

I want to let everyone know that Doug was my sales rep and Ian my finance rep, and they spent about three hours with me because I asked a lot of questions.They were very detailed and they answered everything to make sure that I was perfectly happy since I knew nothing about a e v car. Their prices were very good compared to carvana, and edmunds. They went above and beyond to help me print it out.Paperwork for me to understand and so the process was very smooth.

I just leased a new 2026 Palisade from Marhofer Hyundai of Green and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future purchases. I drove just over an hour to them as I was looking at used Subaru Ascents and they had the best selection of them for the best prices. I was peering through some windows in the parking lot when I was promptly greeted by Audi Petty. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all. I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn’t have that need to “manslain” everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. I was so pleasantly surprised and walked away with a brand new car that I love and that was within budget!

We were looking for a specific Tucson Limited Hybrid with particular exterior and interior colors, but none were available locally. The closest match was over 250 miles away. Before moving forward, we stopped by Ron Marhofer of Green to see a similar vehicle and get a few questions answered. Mark greeted us, listened carefully, and answered everything clearly. He then asked for the opportunity to try to locate the exact vehicle we wanted. From there, Mark and Rick handled the process, set realistic expectations, and followed through on everything they promised.
