I took my car to Ron Marhofer on Darrow Rd to get an oil change. I was met by Hunter Smith. He was easy to talk to and very helpful. My car was inspected and there were items which needed to be addressed. He listed the items with pricing and sent it to me via email.. I found this very helpful. I really appreciated the customer service provided and will continue to have my car serviced at this facility

Purchased a Subaru Crosstrek over the weekend from Ron Marhofer Nissan and had a wonderful experience. I had called ahead to confirm the vehicle was still there and, Darryl, had the vehicle up front and waiting for me to arrive. He showed me all the specs of the vehicle and Carfax and Marcus and Mike worked with me on my budget and price range for my monthly payment and finance terms. They honored the price of the vehicle, which I originally found on Cars.com, and had the cabin and engine air filters replaced same day after I found that they had not been replaced during their vehicle inspection. They have a wonderful crew there and I’d recommend this dealership to anyone! I was very happy with my experience!

I had a great helpful experience from the staff at ron marhofer buick gmc in canton. I had a really unfortunate and unique situation that happened to my vehicle. I came into the store and told the manager Charlie what happened to me and this guy went above and beyond for me which he did not have to do. Nowadays most people just don't care about anything but money and themselves. I was not treated like that at all. Charlie is just a great person in general. I can see why he is in charge up there. Charlie then hooked me up with Rick who is in sales. Also, just a great person that is very laid back and easy to deal with. He got me into the car that I wanted in no time. Car blew up on 77 north a few weeks ago and had my car towed in to this dealership. The whole service department was so wonderful during my whole experience. Everyone I talked with was so nice, helpful and professional. After about 2 1/2 weeks I got my car back and something wasn't right so I brought it back in- Telly was soooo wonderful to work with and so accommodating! Gave me a loaner and will be picking my car back up tomorrow. Wish this dealership wasn't an hour and a half from my house or I'd come here for every service needed for my car. 10/10 recommend their service department!

Admitting a mistake and making it right is a sign of a great business and I am thankful that they were able to help me out. I would recommend this dealership to anyone based on their honesty and willingness to improve alone. Thank you. Bought a used Ram from out of state. I was promised that it was fully serviced and ready to go and that it would pass PA inspection without an issue. When delivered the tire pressure monitors were all out. I was promised by management that I'd have the work refunded by them as they didn't have the parts in place and wanted to get the vehicle delivered to me. Took it to a local Ram dealer to have it inspected for PA and to get the tire monitors fixed. Came to find out that it needed $1500 worth of work to pass inspection including brakes (which I was told are good). I emailed back and forth with the manager a few times and then silence. Vehicle was purchased in November of 25 and still not refunded after providing all work orders and receipts from the dealership that completed the work. Very dissatisfied with this situation as this is the second vehicle I've purchased from them. The first one went flawlessly but I will be looking for a new dealer in the future.

We came across this Marhoffer body shop about 2 years ago due to the insurance company of a person who hit our car and they recommending it as an approved facility for warranty. The manager, Joel Boston and his entire team are professionals and unfortunately we have had need of other work and have successfully used them again on several occasions. We have highly recommended them to others and they too have been pleased.

Tiffany in the service department did a great job in staying in contact with me during the repair process. They were even able to handle the claim with the warranty company and got them to pay for other repairs that I didn’t know would be covered.

I had a pleasant sales experience, but I was provided one key! I paid cash for the vehicle and when I called back in to ask if I bought a key fob could it be programmed at no additional charge and was told no… I just paid cash for this vehicle you gave me one key fob and won’t waive the cost of programming! Not good business / customer service to me! Programming the key fob I’m sure is not that big of an expense so satisfy a customer that paid cash! I wasn’t asking you to provide the key fob and program it! I’ll figure it out I guess…. I was contacted by the manager Matthew Kowalski and he made everything right and it was much appreciated! Couldn't of got a better experience from Ron Marhoffer dealership. Michael Baldwin has to be one of the best salesman. Someone who doesn't try to force you outside your budget and communicates all the way till your name is on the car. I've got this sweet deal with the Elantra and it had very low mileage I have yet to see any issues honestly.
