These guys have been phenomenal! They were hooking me up with extras before I even asked. There was no pressure, they listened to all my requests and concerns. I’ve purchased a few car brands from multiple different dealerships and our experience at Ron Marhofer Buick GMC has to be the best one yet! We got stuck in traffic and arrived later at the dealership than what we wanted, and our sales consultant Joanna stayed late to help us and answer all our questions. Then when we came back to pick up our vehicle the process was very smooth and quick, and we were on our way home in no time! Joanna really answered all our questions and didn’t bombard us with all the unnecessary info we didn’t need at that time. If/when we purchase another GMC vehicle, I wouldn’t hesitate coming back.

First time Marhofer GMC North Canton customer, I highly recommend giving them a try, Large inventory to choose from, Joanna a young lady was my sales representative, she is professional, friendly, & very knowledgeable, the finance department had all paperwork ready when we walked in, the entire process took less than an hour.

Had an awesome experience with Ron Marhoffer and our salesperson, Ryan. He was patient, friendly and listened to all of our needs. Him and the finance manager, Anthony, were able to get us into my wife's dream car, a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. The process was quick and painless. We were done and out the door in a few hours. I highly recommend this place 😁

I would 100% buy a car from here Again. My sales person aramis was very laid-back never pushy and let me drive as many cars as I wanted to. He would just pull the car around and let me take it for a drive wherever I wanted to. I also definitely used the free drinks cooler a couple times too, which was nice because I was there for a little bit. I ended up having issues with the car I bought the general manager reached out and was able to fix the situation for me by offering to take the car back. The only negatives I have to say are one of the cars I wanted one up in price and they make you pay either 695 or 995 for a paint protection package and do not let you take it off.

If you want a 10/10 car buying experience— don’t waste your time anywhere else and come here. This was the 4th dealership we went to and had the greatest no pressure experience. Gabor was fantastic and the most chill car salesman I’ve ever met. It actually felt like he listened to us and at no point was he trying to pressure or control the situation. Chad helped us secure an amazing deal on a new 2026 Pathfinder then Mike wrapped up the deal quickly and flawless. Thanks again and we will be back in the future!

Ron Marhofer Hyundai of Green did a fantastic job correcting an oil issue I was having. They conducted several tasks over a period of weeks and concluded that I needed a new engine. Once approved, they got me right in gave me a rental car and got to work putting a new engine in my car. Hunter was my service technician. He was phenomenal. After weeks of stressful and disappointing experiences with multiple dealerships across Michigan, I was honestly starting to feel defeated. I had spent so much time communicating, visiting in person, and trying to find a deal that felt fair but nothing ever sat right. At one point, I even drove 5.5 hours to a dealership in Vermilion, Ohio after being promised a smooth and pleasant experience. Unfortunately, that visit turned out to be the complete opposite. The vehicle had multiple issues, there was visible damage, and the way I was treated left me upset enough that I left shaking and in tears. It was incredibly discouraging. But then everything turned around. I drove another hour and a half to Ron Marhofer GMC and I am SO glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the entire experience was completely different. John, my salesman, was absolutely incredible. He was fun, kind, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. There was zero pressure, just honest, easy communication and a willingness to help. Carlos was also amazing. Warm, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to making sure I got the best deal possible. And honestly, the entire team I interacted with was fantastic. You can tell this dealership values people, not just sales. I ended up purchasing the perfect 2023 GLC 300 exactly what I had been searching for! I left feeling confident, taken care of, and excited, knowing my vehicle was in excellent condition and backed by a solid warranty. For the first time in this entire car-buying process, I drove away with a clear mind, a huge smile on my face, and genuine gratitude for how I was treated. I've been trying to learn about and navigate the class action lawsuit extended warranty for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata and my oil burning problem for the past 3 months. Rob took the time to walk me through the diagnostic inspection and repair steps for both the P1326 code for rod bearings and knock sensor as well as for oil consumption. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this dealership for anyone struggling with these same issues! Thank you again!

This is our 3rd vehicle purchased here since 2017. First was a brand new Sonata, 2nd was a brand new Santa Fe XL. I’d have kept that Santa Fe forever, but the wind storm of March (Friday the 13th) had other ideas. A 40 foot pine tree that lined my driveway fell on the car. Totaled it. We did our research online and started and finished with your Green location. Had our eye on a 2023 Traverse, and just kept coming back to it online. It had most of the bells and whistles and was a V-6, so we knew as soon as the insurance co. settled on a cash value for the damaged vehicle, we’d be driving to your dealership. Tues of this week 03/31, we met Austin and it was a great experience. From the test drive, to the paperwork to finance….everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Love the Traverse!

Pleasantly surprised. I went to Hyundai because I saw some great safety features on their car. I wasn't expecting much. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted. Audi made everything very easy. She allowed me to test drive the car and explained features as we drove around. I was impressed by the features. The facility was clean.
